Bones Season 2 - Season 2: 2006/2007
1. "The Titan on the Tracks"
While Brennan and Booth are on their way to a crime scene Brennan talks about her vacation which was spent with her brother Russ. She goes on to explain how nice it is to have a brother again and that they both want to find their father whose been missing for years. Brennan wonders why Booth is in such a rush to get to the crime scene.

2. "Mother and Child in the Bay"
Booth enters Brennan’s office to inform her that police think they’ve discovered the body of Carlie Richardson in the Delaware Bay. She was a pregnant woman who went missing a year prior. Although the case got a lot of press Brennan still has no idea who she is, which spurs an argument between her and Booth about how she needs to get out more. Booth moves on to explain that the story of Richardson. She was a newly wed with a husband that was cheating on her. Evidence on her case says that they had a fight the day she went missing, the husband had scratch marks, and a witness says that they saw him down by the marina.

3. "The Boy in the Shroud"
Dr. Brennan and Hodgins arrive at the site of an overturned garbage truck to meet Booth and Cam. Amongst the trash from the truck, wrapped in a shroud, is the body of a young male that bares the injuries of a high fall. In his fist Brennan finds something organic and bags it for further examination.

4. "The Blonde in the Game"
Brennan and Booth walk through the woods with a policeman who explains that a jogger and his dog have discovered human remains, but there’s one problem... They arrive at the scene to find the aggressive Doberman guarding the remains. After Booth fails to get the dog to cooperate, Brennan tricks it into scampering off and letting them get to work.

5. "The Truth in the Lye"
BOOTH lies in bed with his ex-girlfriend REBECCA STINSON after they just finished what they both agree was a mistake. Booth’s phone rings and Rebecca answers to BRENNAN on the other line. Booth takes the call and is out the door before you can say “awkward.”

Booth meets Brennan at a construction site and she apologizes for interrupting him with her early morning call. Booth denies that he was doing anything scandalous with his ex. They enter one of the condominiums under construction and step into a crime scene. In the bathtub of an unfinished bathroom lays a deteriorated corpse floating in a chemical combination of household cleaning products. Brennan notes that the body has been submerged for two to three days and she decides to take the whole tub back to the lab.

6. "The Girl in Suite 2103"
Brennan and Booth step out of a hotel elevator into a bombed out hospitality room. Bodies are scattered in the wreckage and firefighter sift through the debris for survivors. B&B are approached by Alex Radziwill, a little person and State Department Rep. He informs them that an ant-drug traffic conference was being held in the room when the bomb went off killing four people. One of the survivors was the keynote speaker Colomian Judicial Attaché, Dolores Ramos. Cam appears and explains that the blast came from the room next door and suspects that drug cartel members were behind the bombing. Brennan steps in to ID the bodies and finds scattered bone fragments from another body. Whoever it was, was in the room where the bomb went off, but they can’t find the rest of it. Brennan looks up and finds their dead bomber tangled in a chandelier.

7. "The Girl with the Curl"
At the D.C. Municipal Water Treatment Plant, Brennan and Booth arrive to find the remains of a 10 year-old girl in the filtration system. With the remains laid out at the lab, the squints assess the skeleton. Brennan notes bands of discoloration on the ribs and notices that the teeth aren’t discolored at all, which is odd. Booth has the FBI looking for registered pedophiles in the area and Cam is testing hair samples for DNA to ID the girl, but it’s difficult because the victim’s hair has been bleached. Hodgins finds heavy traces of make-up and Brennan discovers that the victim’s teeth were mostly veneers. They suspect a murderer that alters the appearance of their victims and then kills them, but when Angela runs her new stats through the computer it matches the composite to the infamous little beauty queen, Brianna Swanson, who went missing six months prior from a beauty pageant.

8. "The Woman in the Sand"
In the desert outside Las Vegas Brennan and Booth are called in to examine the supposed body of Mason Roberts a federal prosecutor that went missing in 2001. They received the tip from a deathbed prostitute that overheard a Las Vegas mobster. At first glance Brennan confirms that the remains are that of a male, beaten with a cylindrical object. Just before they wrap up the crime scene, Brennan spots a vulture. Vultures circle newly dead remains and this body’s been here for years. She walks towards the area the vulture is circling and finds a fresh dead body. It’s a young female with similar cylindrical injuries to the other remains. Brennan and Booth conclude that the same person must have ditched both bodies.

9. "Aliens in a Spaceship"
Brennan awakes in a car not realizing where she is. When she tries to exit she realizes that the car had been buried underground. She turns to find Hodgins in the back seat with broken legs. She realizes that they’ve been caught by the Grave Digger. FLASHBACK 48 hours and Brennan and Booth arrive to a crime scene in the woods where a sheriff claims local kids found a flying saucer with aliens onboard. When Brennan gets a look she discerns that they are two young boys and the “flying saucer” is a beer vat sealed shut. Judging by their decomposition, she knows they’ve been dead for years. At the lab with both bodies out for examination, Zack explains that one of the bodies has multiple broken bones while the other body has none. Also with the amount of blood found in the vat, he thinks that the boy with the injuries bled to death, while the other boy would have later suffocated. He also adds that they were twins. Booth enters with a photo of the boys, Matthew and Ryan Kent. They were abducted in 2001.

10. "The Headless Witch in the Woods"
Brennan and Booth trek through the George Washington National Forest with a forest ranger that has roped off a crime scene. En route, Brennan notices small, spooky, hand-made ornaments hanging in the trees. The ranger tells the legend of Maggie Cinders, a supposed witch of the 1780’s that was beheaded and now locals believe that her ghost is hanging the ornaments in the trees and wanders the woods looking for her severed head. Any live person that went looking for the head would be killed by Maggie’s ghost. The ranger shows them to a ditch where a headless body lies. Brennan ID’s it as a male between 18-25. She also finds a video camera. At the lab with Zack and Cam, Brennan helps them examine the body. Brennan explains that she doesn’t believe in ghost and Cam reveals that her mother came to her the day after she died and told her where to find a necklace. Hodgins enters with time of death being one year prior. Booth joins them with info on a local film student, Graham Hastings, that went missing a year ago while filming a documentary on Maggie Cinders. Angela has cleaned the tape in the camera found with the victim and she plays footage of a frightened guy and girl in the woods shouting for Graham. They split up and the young man holding the camera is spray with blood.
